How to be comfortable in heels
Sick of blisters and aches after wearing high heels? No worries ladies, here are some tips on how to be comfortable in heels. Hope it helps and lemme know how it works ^^V
Choose your shoes carefully. Pick the right shoes by standing in your shoes on a hard floor with your knees straight. If you can't raise yourself on your toes an inch, the heels are too high for you right now. If you force yourselves to wear this heel, your foot will end up in hell of heel. Just wear the suitable heel first so that your ankles can develop the strength to walk safely and gracefully in high heels. When your feet adapt to the height, you can try wearing higher heels.
Stay away from pointed shoes or plastic shoes so that your feet can stay cool. If you can wiggle your toes easily in them, there should be enough room for your feet to breathe. Don't forget to buy shoes at the end of the day, as your feet expands throughout the day.
Walk baby steps. Take small steps, making sure not to bend your knees any more than you normally would. Put your heel down first right before your toes and once your weight is on the balls of your feet, shift your weight forward, as if you're walking on your tip toes. Keep your legs close together.
